My Jeep is one of an unknown number of Wrangler 4XEs and Chrysler Pacifica PHEV Minivans that has an issue with the electric heater. This is an update on my case.

This issue began on December 5th. It took two dealership visits to get Jeep Wave to accept that the issue was not normal operation and create a case. I don't blame the reps since they are operating with what they have been given as far as information goes. Both Dealerships, Dave Dennis in Fairborn, Ohio and Evans Arena in Trotwood, Ohio totally understood that the issue was abnormal. Great service at both locations. This video should not be viewed as throwing shade at any dealership or Jeep Wave rep. as I believe everyone was doing their best with what they've been given.
