The restored opening sequence as it was meant to be seen on its original release in 1977 in 4K (restored as much as possible) With the 1977 edition of the 20th Century fanfare, original Lucasfilm logo and Opening Crawl without the subtitle "Episode IV: A New Hope" which was added during the movie's re-release in 1981. So if you weren't around before 1981 you'll always see that subtitle.
