This last week I had to visit my herbalist due to a pain in my back and high blood pressure. Thanks to Lara and Dilish at https://www.drclare.ie/ . Herbal medicine is my go-to for any health issues I may have which is why I grow herbs here in my garden and forage for the wild plants that grow all around. Seeing another herbalist is like the icing on the cake!
