We have been staring at this Mountain for days now. Peaking up from our van down below amongst the olive trees and up through and the historic city of Kruje and up even further to an ancient mountain trail which leads to the Shrine of Sari Salltik, I can only wonder how one could possibly walk to this sacred spot . The history and significance of this path is revealed in the end, but the rugged beauty of this mountain with stunning views of Tirana the capitol city, to the Adriatic Sea and surrounding mountains is a steep and challenging climb with many breathtaking views to behold. It's time to get back in shape!
