Here is an incredibly healing Ho'oponopono meditation inspired by Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len. I made with Dr Hew Lens voice, then added synths with a 10 Hz Alpha frequency.
As we dive deeper into these teachings, we begin to see a common pattern emerging. Even though all the teachers shared on this page offer slightly different interpretations, the fundamentals are always the same: maintaining a balanced, centered, relaxed, positive state to bring harmony into our lives. From my own experience, Ho'oponopono is a simple yet extremely effective means of elevating our state, and I believe it is a great technique for everyone to practice. At first, it may seem difficult, but eventually, it becomes automatic and effortless. The idea is that all our problems stem from unresolved memories in the subconscious, so it is our job to release and cleanse these memories to return to zero, allowing divine inspiration to flow through us effortlessly and healing any issues in our lives. The technique consists of focusing and repeating the words "Please forgive me, I'm sorry, Thank you, I Love You" in no specific order. You are saying this mantra to divinity so that the infinite intelligence will help you let it go. It is also very similar to Neville Goddard's revision technique because, by cleaning our memories, we are revising the past, centring ourselves in the present, and in turn changing our future. Neville also speaks about the feeling of the wish fulfilled and gives thanks and expresses gratitude for our desires being fulfilled.

I highly recommend checking our Dr Hew Len, he was an amazing pure soul and after many years of listening to him he continues to inspire me in many new ways.
