I am sharing with you the recipe of homemade chicken chow mein.
Easy and simple to make and it's so delicious.

Ingredients for MARINATION ;
Chicken Breast : 450g cut into slices
Oyster sauce : 1.5 tbsp
Dark soy sauce : 2 tbsp
White pepper : 1/4 tsp
Baking soda : 1 tsp
Corn starch : 1 tbsp
Salt : 1 tsp
Garlic powder : 1 tsp
Oil : 2tbsp

Sauce:
Oyster sauce : 1.5 tbsp
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Ketchup 1 tbsp
Sugar 1.5 tbsp

Vegetables:
onions
Bell pepper
Ginger
Garlic
****
And noodle
