'The Brutal' Triathlon in Snowdonia is a relentless test of endurance, covering a punishing 463 km non-stop course. Participants brave freezing waters for an 8 km swim, tackle a grueling 373 km bike race akin to biking from Portsmouth to Sheffield, and cap it off with two marathons totalling 82 km, including summiting Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales.
