We visited the Prophet's Mosque, Al-Masjid an-Nabawi in Medina, Saudi Arabia as Non-Muslim tourists. What an amazing experience to witness this holiest of places in the Islamic world. Until recently it was forbidden (Haram) for non-Muslims to visit the Prophet´s mosque in Medina. We felt so privileged as foreign tourists to be able to see this sacred place for ourselves and to see how important it is for so many pilgrims from around the world.
We also visit the holy Quba Mosque, explore parts of Medina and taste delicious Arabic food.
