President Joe Biden was in Syracuse Thursday following the announcement of a preliminary agreement granting Micron $6.1 billion in CHIPS and Science Act funding.

Biden spoke at the Museum of Science and Technology in downtown Syracuse about Micron and Upstate New York's designation as an Investing in America Workforce Hub.
