There are several types of paint for the interior of your ADU Garage Conversion. The better known options are: Flat, Matte,, Eggshell, Satin, Semi Gloss, and Glossy. My preference for my ADU's is to do my walls using a flat paint and my doors a satin paint. If you suspect an area with high foot traffic, then I recommend adding a higher sheen. Adding a higher sheen will make it easier for the tenant or homeowner to clean.

This ADU is 370 sq ft, garage conversion with no addition. The ADU has a full-size kitchen, custom countertop, and high-end appliances and is lit by a skylight. The ADU has one medium size bedroom, with built-in closet spaces and a sliding door that leads to a big and spacious backyard. The ADUs' bathroom includes floor-to-ceiling tile, a tub, a vanity, and high-end finishes. The ADU will rent for $2,500 and will be an excellent secondary source of income for the homeowner.
