As Anzac Day approaches, veterans and Territorians are being urged to #CheckYourMates.

Anzac Day is a significant day of commemoration but can often be challenging for veterans, current serving members and their loved ones.

#CheckYourMates is a peer-led mental health and wellness initiative that challenges veterans to check in with five mates, through a phone call or an activity.

The campaign is being rolled out once again to support the veterans’ community in the lead up to Anzac Day.
