Maggie is an embodiment guide and breathwork facilitator, she has been working for five years in the embodiment and meditation space as a practitioner and leader. Maggie’s passion stems from her personal journey as a professional dancer and her desire to help others to live a full happy life through movement, breathwork, and embodiment practices.

Rüya is a teacher, dancer, and coach. She graduated from Harvard College, where she studied Social Studies, and later completed her master’s degree in Education at Harvard Graduate School of Education. She was trained in Ohad Naharin’s Gaga: Movement Language and was a member in various dance and theatre groups, such as the Harvard Radcliffe Modern Dance Company, Harvard Expressions Dance Company, and Boston Experimental Theatre Group. After graduation, She also organized and led workshops in Turkey, on radical pedagogy, movement and body awareness in education, as well as storytelling and group psychology. She served as a Teaching Fellow for the course Public Narrative: Leadership, Storytelling, and Action at the Harvard Kennedy School. Last year she served as a Movement and Games teacher for 1st to 5th grade students at El Rio Community School, a Waldorf-inspired charter school in Downtown LA. Currently, Rüya offers movement-integrated personal coaching sessions to private clients and leads somatic journeys. Rüya is moved by the pursuit of removing blocks to love in herself and others in everything that she does.
