HOW TO CHECK & ADJUST WATER PRESSURE. Are your toilets running, faucets dripping, temperature and pressure valve popped open, these could all be signs of high water pressure. If you have high blood pressure you have a stroke. If you have high water pressure you have a flood, this is why it is so important to check your pressure on a regular basis. It is also important to shut your water off at the meter when going on vacation so that already high pressure does not build up and cause an ice maker line, wash machine hose or any other supply line to pop off and flood your home.
