School's out for the day, so why not join your P-Pals at PTV Park for some great PBS shows brought to you in part by viewers like you. And if you don't know what a PTV is, well grab your tote bag because we're here to learn.

This is a compilation video I put together using footage of programming breaks and episodes from shows that played on PBS during its PTV block in the year 1995, loosely based on its after school programming. The show Bill Nye the Science Guy can't be used for copyright reasons. Think of it as a retro remix or a bootleg television broadcast.

This is one hundred ninth television broadcast video I've done like this, albeit the first PBS block I've made. If you're unsure what PTV is, it's PBS Kids before PBS Kids. The little characters are called P-Pals and they all live in PTV Park. PBS is something that's been requested a lot from viewers (like you) over the years. One reason I hesitated on it for so long is because PBS didn't have commercials, and I find the commercials to be one of the best parts of these sort of videos. However, the programming breaks it did have between shows were really great, and a lot of the shows in this video are ones I liked watching as a kid, so I decided to go for it. I think it wound up pretty good. Hopefully you enjoy it too!
