In this tutorial, I will show you how I build the roof for my outdoor kitchen. This design was inspired by the many images of post and beam construction that I saw all over the web. My goal was to build an overhanging structure to protect my brick oven and BBQ from the elements and compliment the rustic qualities of my outdoor kitchen.
