A storefront is a place where influencers can bring together products they’d like to recommend to their followers and group them together into idea lists. It’s similar to the affiliate marketing I already do using Amazon when I put links to products in the description boxes underneath my YouTube videos and just like in those cases, I’ll earn a commission if you make a purchase via my storefront, but this doesn’t affect the price you pay for the product or products.

Idea lists on my storefront include book suggestions for topics such as the Tudors, the Stuarts and of course (given that I’m a Northern Irish historian), Irish history. There are also lists of history-themed products which would be suitable for Christmas gift ideas and birthday present ideas for both adults and children.

This storefront is geared primarily towards a US audience as it is on Amazon.com. This means that some items will not be available to people outside the US, though you can still view the items and get some ideas for things you might like to buy for yourself or others.

In most cases I have recommended products which I either own, have read or have bought something similar to for myself or others. For example, I own the boardgame Scrabble, but of course I can’t recommend the exact version bought for me as a child back in the 90s, so I’ve recommended a different version to you. In all cases, I did my research by examining the Amazon reviews and sometimes off-site evaluations (especially academic book reviews) to choose items which I thought were worth purchasing and which I would buy myself.

I hope you enjoy pursuing the storefront and are able to find books and items for yourself which you’ll enjoy and get some gift ideas for children and adults if needs be.
