The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) recently released the Final Rule of the updated Uniform Guidance, the overall framework for management of federal funding. The OMB Uniform Guidance is a living document. Revisions occur over time as new legislation and other requirements are implemented. This presentation describes recent changes in requirements from the prior version of the Uniform Guidance to this latest version, including: (1) key federal regulations that impact grants, (2) funding and issues that place grants at risk, (3) updates to the Uniform Guidance, and (4) other resources to stay current.
