This is a very simple easy bread made in a Dutch Oven.
Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups Warm water 105-112 degrees F.
1 tsp Salt
1/ 4 tsp yeast you can use up to 1 tsp
3 cups All purpose or bread flour

Mix dry ingredients together. Pour water into dry mix, only mixing until no dry patches in dough. Cover with clear plastic wrap and leave on counter for 3-24 hours. Put flour on work surface, pour out dough carefully onto work surface, sprinkle a little flour on top of dough, pull the sides under until a smooth ball. Seam the bottom where sides were pulled together. Put parchment paper in a bowl, softly place dough ball in bowl on top of parchment paper. Cover with towel and leave on counter. Put dutch oven in oven and set to 450 degrees F. When oven reaches temperature, pull dutch oven out, pick dough up with parchment paper and place parchment paper and dough in Dutch Oven. Put lid on Dutch Oven and put back in oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, removed lid and put bread back in oven for 10-15 minutes until top is golden brown, Remove from oven, remove bread from Dutch Oven and place on work surface and allow to cool.
Cut and enjoy!
