Complaining seems reasonable, but it leads to unbelief. Bill Johnson teaches from Exodus and the moments when the Israelites complained - each complaint had a legitimate reason, but came from a place of fear and led to unbelief and the hardening of their hearts. Complaining reveals places in our lives where we don’t yet fully trust the Lord and His goodness. It’s not a reason for shame, but an invitation to deeper trust.
