A number of news articles have been making the rounds about how, since the start of Covid, the city of Barcelona has reclaimed eight hectares of car space for humans using “tactical urbanism”. We decided to head out to Consell de Cent—one the main sights of these interventions—to check it out and share with y’all what it actually looks like on the ground.
