The FINAL workout in this METCON Challenge! Today's workout takes everything you've done over the last two weeks and puts it all together in a challenging, full body conditioning workout.

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. We’re using 10-30 lb dumbbells.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 4 Full Body Metabolic Conditioning Exercises (squats, push ups, swings, rows)
✔️ Complete 10 Repetitions of Each Exercises x 10 Sets
✔️ For a Total of 100 Repetitions Per Exercise
✔️ Stick With Our Pace (with a goal of completing all reps in under 25 minutes) Or Move At Your Own Pace
