Drawing inspiration from the 2024 CX-90, this new mid-size Mazda SUV carries forward similar exterior styling cues and a refined cabin design, but caters to 5 passengers instead of 8. Externally, the new model adopts a slightly sportier appearance by swapping bright chrome elements for gloss black trims. It also features updated front and rear bumpers, a black mesh grille, and new wheel designs available in sizes up to 21 inches.


Under the hood, the 2025 CX-70 utilizes hybridized powertrains with mild hybrid and plugin hybrid electrification. All three engine options are paired with the same 8-speed automatic transmission and come standard with all-wheel drive (AWD).
