She is passionate about adding value and creating empowered communities. Nupur is the Founder and President of the Evolve Foundation, a social enterprise that focuses on creating smart sustainable villages and has developed a Plantable Stationery Cottage Industry. She is the founder and president of the Evolve Foundation, a social enterprise that focuses on creating smart and sustainable Indian rural villages and has developed a Plantable Stationery cottage industry, while also promoting eco-tourism. She also co-founded the Kisan Window, a fair trade organic food brand that has tie-ups with International businesses in UAE and Europe. Dehradun Drum Circle which is a community of people who stand for self-expression through arts and a discrimination-free society was founded and is facilitated by her.
Being graduated from Lancaster University in England, Nupur has been interning at the likes of Micromint India, Rural Litigation and Entitlement Kendra (RLEK), Coca Cola India, and Hi-Jinks.
