Cheap way to remove the cooling fan from any LS powered chevy or GMC truck without the special spanner tool used to hold the water pump pulley while you break loose the fan nut.

I dont have the tool. This actually worked great! If you are trying to save a few bucks and need to get the fan off the water pump, give this a try....
