MTS security spotted a transient male walking on the trolley tracks and tried to get him off the tracks. He resisted them and started to kick them. He was arrested.

After SDPD officers arrived, the suspect started to have medical issues and was transported to a local hospital. he was arrested on assault and being under the influence of narcotics.
