Meet the audacious superhero team known as "The Outlaws," led by the formidable Red Hood (aka Jason Todd), joined by the sharp-shooting Arsenal (aka Roy Harper), and the mystical Raven.
After reports of inexplicable resurrections in Gotham, Red Hood takes charge, assembling the Outlaws to confront a nightmarish mystery that is surrounding Arkham Asylum. Jason soon realizes that someone is wielding the dreaded Lazarus Pit to transform prison inmates into super-powered undead henchmen.
Facing adversaries who refuse to stay dead, the Outlaws embark the gritty underbelly of Gotham. Each step forward in their investigation plunges them deeper into the treacherous unknown, where secrets lie in the shadows and peril lurks at every turn.
Jason Todd, the vigilant Red Hood, must confront his past, make tough decisions, and alliances he never imagined.
