A new recipe for the perfect quick bread. My mother-in-law told me this secret! Bake bread! Try this quick recipe. I'm sure you'll like it. The dough is soft and fluffy. Cooking recipe and ingredients:

250 ml of warm water.
50 ml of warm milk.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
6 g of dry yeast.
Stir until the yeast dissolves.
Cover with a towel and leave for 5 minutes.
Mix.
Sift 350 grams of flour (all-purpose).
Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix with a spatula.
Add another 100 g of flour.
Continue kneading with your hands.
Add 20 g of soft butter.
Mix.
Knead the dough for 3-4 minutes.
Shape the dough into a ball.
Grease the bowl with oil.
Cover with food-grade film.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 1 hour (avoid drafts).
After 1 hour.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
The dough rose well, soft as a feather.
Flour.
The dough turned out to be incomparable.
Shape the dough into a ball to prevent it from sticking together.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
Grease the baking tins with oil.
Form each piece into a ball.
Place the dough into the prepared molds.
Repeat the operation with each piece of dough.
Cover with a kitchen towel and leave to rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Brush the surface with milk.
Flour.
Bake in an oven preheated to 190°C (374°F) for 25-30 minutes.
Place a bowl of water at the bottom of the oven.
All is ready.
Let them cool slightly.
