New home buyers beware...

No one actually knows how the NAR lawsuit will turn out, but, it is always good to prepare for the future so that we aren't surprised when the inevitable happens. Yes I understand that Buyers Agents aren't a thing in most other countries, but you also don't see as much profit on the buying and selling of real estate in other countries. The NAR lawsuit could be taking away the profitability of real estate and turning it into a thing for parents to pass onto their kids, if it gets too expensive.
Yes these are conjectures and they area also possible. Take them with a grain of salt and pop some of your own down in the comments, I would love to hear your thoughts ;)
