In this video we are showing our viewers how to make a rug from raw cotton. this cottage industries totally depends on human beings and natural resources. Total of rug making is depends on hands, human racecourse that's why we say this industry is the magic of hands.
In this video you will see all processes of rug making one by one from dying to packing. in first part of video you will introduce from dying where two persons are coloring the white cotton yarn into custom color. They are using the azo free color in dying.

(2) After the dying color full yarn goes in plying unit where Two ladies make the yarn into the balls.

(3) Warping process is the backend process of rugs 5 to 6 person set the warp on a iron bar according to size of rug that they want to make. They roll the yarn on iron bar and set on the loom

(4) After the rolling yarn into the balls the balls goes to loom where the weavers weave them into colorful rugs.

(5) In weaving process the rugs get dirty with soil and dust so rugs goes on washing unit where the local boys wash them by pressure water and brush.

(6) Now rugs goes for finishing where local women cut the piles from their scissor and make them clean.

(7)Now rug has been compleat and ready to packing in packing unit We roll the rugs taping them on by one and put the bundle into a thick poly packing and tapping them again.
