DJ Hops is a permanent fixture in Berlin's bass underground. He is a long-standing resident DJ at Ohm, where he has been organising the VERSION series together with Orson Sieverding since 2014. DJ Hops' musical roots lie in the Jamaican-British sound system culture. Accordingly, he was in charge of the reggae and dub section at the Berlin record shop Hard Wax for a long time.
