The B2C customer portal is intended to support servicing our partner’s RMA requests and processing. This RMA portal allows dealers to submit RMA repair requests online and send approved repair packages directly to Hikvision (instead of working through distributors), streamlining the process and making it easier for dealers. The portal also serves as a tracking tool to confirm the request status and RMA authorization numbers for each request.
