for dough
1 egg (Reserve the yolk for the top)
300 ml of warm milk
100 ml of oil
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 pack (7 g ) of dry yeast
550- 600 g of flour (The amount of flour depends on its quality. Add flour in control)
1 teaspoon salt

200 g cheddar cheese

softened butter at room temperature
1 tablespoon of milk to the egg yolk
Sesame


The glass size I use: 200 ml standard water glass.
