We all aspire to change lives, change organizations and change the world. In today’s rapidly evolving world, the traditional approach of waiting to attain financial stability or prestigious job titles before making a difference is outdated. Our generation does not have the luxury of time. Urgent global challenges demand immediate action. Embracing “impatient impact” means courageously integrating social and environmental responsibilities into our current actions and decisions, ensuring a sustainable future for all.
