Chilean food was something completely new to us. But since we tried some of the food in Chile, it's quickly become one of our favorite cuisines. Chilean foods we tried include completos, empanadas, pastel de choclo, pastel de jaiba and humitas. Our Chilean food tour started in Santiago and continued in the town of Pomaire.
