In this video, Ryder talks about additional EIDL progress especially for EIDL borrowers who are behind on payments and have been sent to the Treasury. This has been a maze for many but it turns out that two things are working: Logging in to your SBA dashboard to see if you can get back in good standing, especially via the Hardship Accommodation Plan, or alternatively contacting your Senator to have them manually write a letter to the SBA to pull back your EIDL loan from the Treasury. This doesn't work for every situation but has worked for some especially those that are not in Cross Servicing yet. Let us know if you've tried this or another route.
