HONGQI S9
On 19 April 2021, the Chinese luxury brand Hongqi has debuted a hypercar at Auto Shanghai 2021. The hypercar is called the S9.
Like the concept was unveiled at the 2019 Frankfurt International Motor Show, the production version features a V-8-based plug-in hybrid powertrain good for 1,400 hp.
NIO EP9
The NIO EP9 is an electric-powered, two-seat sports car manufactured by NIO, assisted by their Formula E racing division. The name EP9 stands for Electric Performance 9.
Founded in 2014 in Shanghai, China, NIO has quickly grown to become a major industry player, establishing itself as a force to be reckoned with in the world of electric vehicles and self-driving technology.
TECHRULES REN RS
The Techrules Ren is a single-door, high-performance sports car manufactured by Techrules, and designed by Fabrizio Giugiaro and Giorgetto Giugiaro of GFG Style.
The hardcore, track-only variant of the Ren, the Techrules Ren RS, was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show alongside its road-oriented sibling.
ARCFOX GT
Arcfox is a Chinese marque of electric passenger cars and crossovers based in Beijing, operating since 2017. The brand belongs to the car manufacturer BAIC Group.
Both versions of the car are crazy fast and both versions get an all-electric powertrain. The street version provides 1,005 hp via four electric motors. The track version is even more powerful and faster. It makes a whopping 1,609 hp from a similar setup.
BAIC ARCFOX-7 ELECTRIC
Beijing Automotive Industry Corporation launched its Arcfox-7 electric supercar at the 2016 Beijing Motor Show.
The Arcfox-7 is powered by a 6.6kWh battery pack connected to a 603 hp electric motor. With a hefty weight of 3,869 lbs, it can reportedly do 0 to 62 mph in less than 3 seconds and achieve a maximum top speed of 162 mph.
TECHRULES AT96 and GT96 TREV
China-based TechRules has unveiled the AT96 and GT96 TREV supercar concepts at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show.
Designed to showcase the company's new Turbine-Recharging Electric Vehicle (TREV) technology, the concepts are two-door coupes that features a carbon fiber monocoque chassis and a lightweight carbon fiber body.
QIANTU K50 ELECTRIC
Unveiled at the 2015 Shanghai Auto Show, the production Qiantu K50 was revealed during the 2016 Beijing Auto Show.
The Qiantu K50 is an all-electric sports car designed and manufactured by the Chinese automotive manufacturer Qiantu Motor.
