For the latest Infiniti QX60 pricing and information:
https://www.kbb.com/infiniti/qx60/

We showed you the QX60 Monography, which was just a concept, but here’s the production guy. We only have an hour with this, so let’s get to it!

Exterior design can be pretty subjective, so take a look at some of the details on the completely redesigned 7-passenger SUV yourself. New profile.

A new grille and LED piano key headlights. New lower stance and those cool taillights from the Monograph make their way here, too.

It looks sexier, more athletic. Those are good things in case you were wondering.

Under all that sexy athletic sheet metal the QX60 will get Infiniti’s 3.5-liter V6. Yes, we’ve seen that before. But the very good news in the powertrain department is the new 9-speed automatic transmission it gets paired with.

We can’t drive it yet, obvi. But when we do, we will and you can subscribe to the KBB YouTube channel to make sure you catch the video.

AWD will be an option here with Infiniti telling us that max towing capacity for a properly equipped QX60 will be 6,000 instead of the 5,000 pounds of the previous model.

Inside is where things get even more interesting to me.

I think Infiniti does interiors well, and this one is no exception.

The design feels simple enough without getting too basic. This is the Autograph trim, so clearly it’s more jazzed up than the base model would be, but we like that Infiniti can go here.

I’ll be interested to see what the base model looks like by comparison, but the setup of the cockpit won’t change and at first look, it’s intuitive and well situated.

Infiniti promises the tech in the new QX60 will be next level starting with the optional 7 USB ports. A standard 12.3-inch touchscreen. Standard wireless Apple CarPlay and wired Android Auto and a WiFi hotspot.

Enhanced ProPilot assist that works with the navigation system to anticipate sharp turns or off-ramps and slow your roll. And a 10.8-inch head-up display. Those are just a few features we’ll get to test when we get one

A couple other things we know will be standard as of now, a panoramic moonroof and a power liftgate.

All of this and improved cargo space behind both the second and third rows. And more sound dampening materials inside the cabin for a quieter ride.

Pricing hasn’t been announced yet, but based on the previous model, we expect the 2022 QX60 to start close to $45,000.

Okay, hour’s up. Phew. We’ll have more to talk about this one for sure, so stay tuned.
