It's time to strip the kitchen and remove the sink, cabinets, microwave, stove, etc. While we are at it, we will have to work around the plumbing, some electrical, and everything else that's hidden, routed, or tucked in behind there.

There are several areas of water damage on the wall and floor that have to be addressed and we are going to have to do some digging to figure out the extent of the damage.
