Today we look at how the Fed Funds Rate impacts TLT and the Yield Curve. If they wont defend against inflation by raising short term rates then the longer term rates are going to rise to reflect the higher expected inflation as short term rates near zero inflate asset prices like stocks.

Yield Curves - today vs 1981 when we had hyper inflation. The Fed raised short term rates up to 16% to force inflation expectations down.
