According to Bloodydisgusting.com Barbara Crampton is planning to remake/reboot 'Tourist Trap,' the 1979 horror movie starting Chuck Connors.

It's genuinely one of the scariest movies I can recall though what's most fascinating about it is that it shouldn't work as well as it does.

The story makes little sense (I don't want to give away the finer details because a lot of people probably haven't seen it) and I don't care how telekinetic someone claims to be they shouldn't be able to do what the killer in the movie does, which puts him on the level of Thanos from the Avengers movies.

And some of the visual effects aren't great even for 1979.

Yet it somehow ends up being genuinely scary.
