Ingredients :
1 bowl Whole Moong (soaked in water for 3-4 hours)
1 small Ginger Knob
Green Chillies (as per taste)
3-4 Garlic Cloves
Water (as required)
Salt as per taste
Oil
Few Chapatis
Chopped Purple Cabbage, White Cabbage, Onion, Carrot, Capsicum
boiled Sweetcorn
Crushed Black Pepper
Hung Curd
Mint-Coriander Chutney
Cut Avocado (optional)
Fresh Coriander

Method :
In a mixer jar, take 1 bowl soaked Whole Moong
Add 1 small Ginger Knob
Add Green Chillies (as per taste)
Add 3-4 Garlic Cloves
Add a little Water
Add Salt as per taste & grind to a thick batter
Let's prepare tacos, brush some Oil on heated pan
Place a Chapati on it, spread batter on it
Drizzle Oil on it and flip the taco
Cook it nicely on slow to medium flame until both the sides are golden-brown
Keep warm tacos on taco stand
Further fill tacos with veggies
Add chopped Purple Cabbage, White Cabbage, Onion, Carrot, Capsicum, boiled Sweetcorn
Sprinkle Salt & crushed Black Pepper on veggies
Add a little Hung Curd & Mint-Coriander Chutney
Add cut Avocado (optional)
Top with Fresh Coriander
