Inspired by the thought-provoking article by John Cutler on Winnable and Winnable Games, game creator Carl Rogers has taken the metaphor a literal step further, creating a (fun to play!) collaborative game of failing transformations. Carl ran this game at an event co-hosted by AWA Global and Bryter Work at Hiscox.
