I share a snapshot of what I call the 1000x Rule for the impact of intentionally cultivating happiness in organizations and communities. Essentially, if one person is to have a positive impact on a few people in a given day (say 4) that would be 20 in a week and 1000 in a year. This speaks to the powerful impact that we can have through educating and supporting wellbeing in organizations/groups.
