Wallstreetbets is back at it again, with a new story to tell! This time, a WSB user loses a bunch of money (no surprise) from outages on his QuesTrade brokerage app. Obviously, he was very upset, but a literal dumpster-fire unfolds when he contacts the company for compensation. This is the story of u/hasbs and the chaos that ensued.
