On September 28th, 2023, TMI Project honored Jay Jackson (she/her) , better known as RuPaul Drag Race star Laganja Estranja, with the 2023 Voices in Action award in honor of her groundbreaking work as a drag performer and trans activist.

Presenting the award is Celeste Lescene (he/they) - a prior Voices in Action award winner and who is well known for his commitment to fostering LGBTQIA+ community. Celeste in the current Artistic Director & Co-Founder of The Future Perfect Project and co-founder of The Trevor Project, the only nationwide 24-hour suicide prevention and crisis intervention Lifeline for LGBT and Questioning youth.

This performance was presented at The Senate Garage in Kingston, NY on September 28th, 2023.
