"The law states that all newly built tower blocks must have sprinklers installed. This is clearly because this is the most effective way of preserving life in a fire, not wet and dry risers. The law would not have passed if sprinklers were not needed, therefore they should be installed in ALL blocks, new and old and we will keep campaigning until they are." Diane Tate.
