I picked up this NGK-7000H generator from the dump. No idea what it was thrown away for. In part 1, I got the engine running. It sounded good and the generator made power, but there were a lot of other issues. I fixed the charging system and low oil system but ran out of time. This week will focus on repairing the control panel. There is a bad outlet, a bad full bridge rectifier which controls the idle solenoid and fuel solenoid, a broken pilot light and the ignition coil plug cap is defective causing the engine to lose spark and backfire at times.
