Honda Civic Type R TCR Review: Honda Performance Development took the Civic Type R and dialed it up a notch. This is the Civic Type R TCR, a spec-built racer for those that want to compete in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge or TC America series. We took the the TCR to the track to see if we could feel how much Honda massaged the CTR's 2.0-liter engine.

With a remapped ECU, larger intercooler, high flow cat, and larger exhaust this Civic pushes that turbo four-cylinder to 340 hp and 310 lb-ft of torque. It also gets a few extra aero mods -- new composite body work, an adjustable front splitter, and a larger rear wing. The interior also gets the racecar treatment with a chromoly roll cage, digital gauge cluster, data logger, and racing sear and pedal box.
