It is not a secret Sikh community is one of the nicest, most caring, kind people I have ever met on my travels. You might be wondering who a Sikh person is. The short answer is that you can recognize them from their turban.

The long answer a Sikh is a person who believes in Sikhism. Sikhism - is the fifth-largest religion in the world, founded in the Punjab region with 30 million believers these days. The Sikh faith is a monotheistic religion, meaning Sikhs worship one God.

Sikhism inspires me and gives me hope for a better humanity and a better future. Sikhism is all about equality regardless of religion, race, or religion.

Gurdwara Sis Ganj Sahib is one of the nine historical Gurdwaras in Delhi. It was first constructed in 1783 as a small shrine by Baghel Singh to commemorate the martyrdom site of the ninth Sikh Guru, Guru Tegh Bahadur, and was probably expanded after the Indian Rebellion of 1857 or after the Partition of India. Join me to experience the temple and get to know more about the religion and the people.
