Ingredients (3 servings): 20 ml of olive oil, 20 ml of balsamic cream, 9 stalks of asparagus, one Camembert, 450 g of puff pastry, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of milk, 6 slices of prosciutto, nuts (I have pine nuts).

Method: cover the baking form with parchment. Pour olive oil and balsamic cream in three places, on the sides and in the middle. Place three stalks of asparagus on top of this mixture, having previously washed it and broken off the lower part. Cut Camembert into slices. We need 9 slices. Place three pieces of cheese on each bunch of asparagus. Cover the top with three strips of puff pastry, so that the asparagus is in the middle, and there is a free edge of the dough on all sides. Press the dough to the baking sheet with a fork. Brush the dough with a beaten egg and milk. Bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. When the asparagus has cooled, put a board on top and turn the baking sheet upside down. Remove the parchment. Place two slices of prosciutto on each piece of dough with asparagus and sprinkle with nuts. Pour a glass of white dry wine and enjoy this deliciousness ❀️
